Can I purchase entry tickets through the Online Gift Shop? 

Please head over to our website to purchase entry tickets, annual passes, or to book a tour. https://www.bonorong.com.au/

Not a problem! Come and visit us at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary in Brighton, Tasmania for a wider range of merchandise, or email us at shop@bonorong.com.au and we'll do our best to help you.

Where's my order?

Please keep in mind, due to COVID-19, there are delays on estimated delivery times* Feel free to give us a call on (03) 6268 1184 and we can help you track down your order.

Exchange or Refund

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to either refund or exchange your items. 
Please contact us on (03) 6268 1184 or send us an email to shop@bonorong.com.au. 

Once we have received the returned products and proof of purchase, we can either send you an alternative product of the same value or process a refund using your original payment method. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we can only ship within Australia for now. We are working hard on expanding our shipping range to overseas very soon!
